We ship via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground. Shipping Insurance is included. Free Shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Additional shipping will be required for orders from Alaska and Hawaii.

Q. What is your return policy?

You may return any item within 45 days of purchase (except for special orders). It must be in excellent condition and never been used. There will be a restocking fee. The exception to this is if the item has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. If this is the case, we will replace the item. For special order items, no returns or refunds will be honored because Heatilator does not accept them.

Q. What are the exact dimensions of the doors?

We don't post exact dimensions to avoid confusion. Rest assured, if you have a model number listed, your doors are guaranteed to fit.

Q. I have brand X fireplace. Will these doors fit?

Sorry these doors ONLY fit Heatilator-brand fireplaces, and ONLY the models we listed.
